Hi Clare - When I get a sweet craving, my favorite is sugar-free jello with a tablespoon of fat-free cool whip. If you buy the little ready-made cups, they are always handy! Low in sugar, but it's cold and still tastes good - especially in the summer when they rest of my family is eating ice cream! Kathy
