Hi Bells

I am in QLD so there are some Aussies that read this board. Suggestions for eating at hotel, Brekkie - scrambled eggs would be fine, even add bacon or sausage. Lunch try a salad with some meat or fish of some sort with avocado, and cheese(skip the roll), Dinner try for some more protein such as meat/fish and some low carb veggies such as cabbage, cauliflower,broccoli,turnip/pumpkin . snacks - nuts, cheese try and stay away from caffiene, sugar, breads pasta and go for low carb fruits such as strawberries hope this helps
