I like to have smoked mackerel, smoked salmon, and cooked turkey in the fridge. A slice or two does the trick (except when I'm really craving chocolate -- sigh). Sometimes I'll have a third of a tin or so of tuna in broth. I'm not sure the smoked part is great, but I'll often just have cooked ham or chicken or something on hand, so it's not smoked stuff every day, though it is verrrry tasty. Cheers -- Alina
