Jen, I read the zone and protein power and decided to do protein power because it seemed a little easier to follow. They are basically the same principle though. I have lost 13lbs in five weeks, which is good for me....I also have noticed a difference in my shape...legs look better, though still not a supermodels ....grin..... going for the MODE look. They are the REAL WOMEN anyway!!!!! Anyhow, I think that these low carb diets are on the right track for us, so good luck with whichever you choose! ( I am also reading the Carbohydrate Addicts Diet! I think we need ALL the info we can get at this point. I love this website!!!!) Oh, almost forgot to tell you..the first week you will feel tired and blah! But hang in there because it really does get better and you will be amazed at how fast you don't crave the carbs as bad...this coming from a full fledged chocoholic!!!!! :) At Fri, 30 Jun 2000, Jen wrote: >
