Estimado Carlos,He intentado un par de veces enviarte e-mail pero no he podido. Me los devuelven diciendo que no tienes suficiente sitio en tu "mail box". La primera vez te mandaba la revisión Cochrane completa y la segunda vez solo la referencia para que ocupara menos espacio. Ningua de las dos veces tuvo éxito, lo siento. Referente a la dosis, lo habitual es emplear 10 mg cada 10-20 minutos hasta un máximo de 30 mg como dosis de ataque. Hay quien da los 30 mg juntos pero a mi modo de ver (esto es una apreciación subjetiva) produce má hipotensiones, dolores de cabeza y "flushes". Después como mantenimiento puedes usar entre 60 y 120 mg al día repartidos entre 3 tomas (1-2 cps del preparado retard (contiene 20 mg)cada 8 horas).
