Please: I want to know if anyone have experience about vasa previa. My pacient has 30 week¨s gestation whith the diagnosis of vasa previa with US eco doppler and US TDM. I arrest her and I treat with uteroinhibition drugs (betamimetics), lung maturation with corticoids. Now her pregnancy is running without bleeding. But I want to how much can I wait for the delivery, I think cesarean delivery., because the morbimortality of the fetus is about 50 to 100% Please send me your opinion about treatment Thank you Dr Jorge Renzi
