1) I would recommend the C-section to her. The risks and outcomes are more predictable for me. 2) We have an 18 year old U/S on L and D. There is no ability to document. If we want that, we ask radiology to bring up the accuson and perform the scan. Generally the scans we do are limited to the determination of fetal position.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
