Questions to the group Have you got some kind of informed consent form or letter to reach a patient who didn't come for his (her) operation? Do you make him (her) sign his (her) name to assess he's aware the intervention is needed? In summary: what is your policy in that case?

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
