A few opinions pleaseFrom: John Robertson M.D. (john.robertson@obgyn.net)Fri Oct 29 14:01:51 1999
Interested in peoples opinions re 2 issues 1) Recently did a repair of a vesicovaginal fistula combined with lysis of multiple labial adhesions. I know this discussion has occured before on the list, but what would you recommend for delivery method with the next pregnancy? 2) Our LDR is unfortunately behind in the technology department, and we do not have an U/S machine on the floor. We are thinking of puting it on the capital budget, and one of the issues raised was the ability to produce hardcopies for medicolegal purposes. Any thoughts comments (we are not planning on spending big bucks 'cause we don't have them to spend). John

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
