I have a patient, 24 yold, G1P1 (c-section, done 1,5 years ago) For the last 6 months she has experiencing a dull pain on her low right side, start on her first day of menses, lasts for 3 hours, with irradiation to her left leg. The pain has inhanced, making difficult her walk. No dispareunia, no pain on her physical exam. do you have any idea? The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
