The October 15 ed of Ob. Gyn. News, which I just received yesterday had a pro/con discussion of primary elective cesarean section on demand, in the absence of medical indications. Personally, I think the discussion and opinions on the list were more comprehensive and interesting.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
