VersaForm Systems Corporation is announcing a FREE electronic charting program. <color><param>0100,0100,0100</param>VersaForm Chart Notes--Ob/Gyn is designed especially for ambulatory womens health care practices. At the heart of VersaForm <color><param>0000,0000,0000</param>Chart Notes<color><param>0100,0100,0100</param> is a unique set of pre-defined templates that address typical and specialized Ob/Gyn conditions.<bigger> <color><param>0000,0000,0000</param><smaller> <underline><color><param>0100,0100,0100</param>Templates</underline> are models or outlines of notes that are used to help you create completed notes after a patient assessment has been made. They provide an efficient way of entering notes, often faster than dictating. The GYN templates are organized into either common Gyn conditions (e.g., post-menopausal bleeding, PMS, pre- and post-op clinic notes, etc.) or organ system-related (e.g., uterus, abdomen, rectum, cervix, SHEENT, etc.). The OB templates comprise typical pre-natal and post-natal templates. Included are templates for abnormal early pregnancies, prenatal testing, hyperemesis, and post cesarean care. <color><param>0000,0000,0000</param>VersaForm Chart Notes is also helpful for users of Dragon, IBM or other voice recognition software. If you dictate 20 notes a day, that's 5,000 each year. It will file all those dictated notes by patient, and chronologically in each chart, so you can find them again, quickly! You can download VersaForm Chart Notes (10MB) FREE at http://www.versaform.com, or you can order it on CD-ROM ($9.95 s&h) from the web site, or directly from us. If you want to order by email, just ask us to bill you--but don't forget your shipping address. VersaForm Chart Notes runs on just about any modern PC. ------------------------------------------------------------- Joe Landau jrl@versaform.com ------------------------------------------------------------- VersaForm Systems Corp. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
