Well, you are beginning to piece it together. Not knowing when you ovulated, it would be difficult to pinpont the exact day. It sounds like you probably conceived about the 13th day, as you've identified intercourse then. The bleeding is only related to not taking the pills, and really can't tell you much about when you were ovulating. Normally, with a 28 day cycle, you ovulate around the 12th day. If you stop the pills at a critical time, the body is primed to ovulate, and thus pregnancy. I'm sure your health care provider can help you further determine when you conceived. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
