The testosterone only comes as 100 mg - there is a high initial peak that gradually wears down, so you can only vary the dose interval. With oestradiol we nearly always use 100 mg. although 50 would probably be ok for most women, but would not last so long - but they get very very high oestradiol levels - supraphysiological.
