You're right that choriocarcinoma in its pure form is exceedingly rare and very little is known about the treatment. If you desire, we could discuss chemotherapy options by private correspondense so we don't clutter the list. The options would primarily center around whether to use BEP (bleomycin, etoposide, platinum) vs EMA-CO (etoposide, methotrexate, dactinomycin, cyclophosphamide, vincristine). Other information such as stage and hCG level would be helpful to know.
