Thank you Joe for your consideration and earnest reply. I believe the problem has been eliminated. It probably was a procmail or other email server filter problem. The mysteries of email. Anybody who runs a fullblown email server like myself for one can fully appreciate how easy it is to get something slightly off that then causes subtle but really annoying problems that are really hard to diagnose and fix. -Bruce

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
