Dr. Griffiths (I apologize for my ignorance, as a Consultant I guess Mr. is the correct title?) I believe the article you are looking for is "Effect of Prenatal Dexamethasone Administration on Prevention of Respiratory Distress Syndrome in Twin Pregnancies" by Gene Burkett, Charles Bauer, John Morrison, and Luis Curet. J. Perinatol.1986;6:304-308. I do not have the actual article unfortunately but when I get it I'll try to send you a copy.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
