Unfortunately this journal was not indexed by Medline until 1987 - so anything written earlier may s well not have been written now. You will have to go to Index Medicus (remember that) to get accurate reference. For some reason not many places hold this journal - think it is very expensive.

In Australia there are 3 libraries that may be able to help - but am sure that the larger university hospitals in London should have it.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
