I think it concerns a search I was doing on effectiveness on prophylactic steroids in twins. I now i#only have part of the reference as it's been repeatedly shortened each time it's been transmitted. Amazingly the British Library don't even have copy of the paper and have no idea of any possible UK source. Accordingly if there's anyone out there who might be able to access the journal and send/post/fax a copy, I'd be very grateful and willing to pay whatever charges are incurred if needs be. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
