Earthquake in TurkeyFrom: cagatay ak (cagatayak@hotmail.com)Sat Aug 21 13:59:57 1999
Dear ladies and gentlemen, I as a Turkish citizen who is very proud to live in this country with all our honorfull WOMEN and MEN of any origin, want to STRESS out that we are still very STRONG enough to overcome this disaster, OURSELVES. The number of the deaths in my country are around 40 thousands. This is really a disaster.. Still; It made me really very sad and astonished to see the illogical comments and insults over Our religion and culture. And I am sure these people have never been to my country, maybe all that they know about Turks are from some cinema films or .... Well, my friends or whatever you are... This is not a suitable time to discuss such matters. And be sure!!! we don't need ANY KIND OF HELP FROM THESE ....PEOPLE: BE SURE DURİNG THE HELP IN IZMIT EARTHQUAKE WE DON'T ASK ANYONE ABOUT HIS SEXUALITY, RELIGION OR ORIGIN. THEY ARE VERY VERY VALUABLE FOR US NOT BECAUSE WE USE THEM FOR OUR POLITICAL AND IMPERIALIST BENEFITS LIKE WESTERN WORLD. In order to learn more about the warm and friendly people of this country ( Turks, Kurds, Muslim, Christian or whatever they are; but one thing in common people who are proud to be a TURKISH CITIZEN ) maybe you need a visit yourself to see my country. Yours sincerely Cagatay Ak

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
