A very well-written recent novel dealing with this idea is called _A Philosophical Investigation_ by Philip Kerr. It's usually found grouped with mysteries. A truly chilling book.

I'm with you, Mats. I wish that I could have more confidence in the integrity of investigating officers, the accuracy of forensic (and other) laboratories, and the wisdom of juries, but my life experience has taught me otherwise.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
