What about other parameters for foetal well-being? Is there severe growth retardation? Have you done Doppler studies and an anomaly scan? In my experience, amnioinfusion is associated with an unacceptably high rate of premature rupture of membranes and preterm labour. More risky in diabetic. However worth trying if rest of the parameters are normal and if your NICU survival is not too good with 28 week babies.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
