There is no question that these procedures help a great deal. It is all in technique, however. You are trading "good" scars for "bad' scars. Learn how to be delicate in your dissection. Follow your results. If you are not getting the success that you should be honest enough to quite;refer;or radically change your technique. Failure in pregnancies over the long haul is not patient selection but surgeon selection.
