Gostaria de pedir a opinião dos colegas desta lista sobre o seguinte caso: Paciente com 18 semanas de gestação, G2 P1 (1 PC), apresentando perda de líquido amniótico discreta, colo com orifício externo entreaberto e orifício interno fechado, sem sinais clínicos ou laboratoriais de infecção, com USG mostrando oligoidrâmnio leve/moderado, e desaceleração cardíaca fetal acentuada durante a realização do exame (146 bpm para 88 bpm) com recuperação à seguir. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
