Glenn, I could'nt agree more. In fact, I will usually start addback therapy at the same time as starting Lupron or Zoladex. If prempro does not work, I use an estradiol 0.35mg troche and progesterone 25mg troche daily. We have had one patient on such as regimen for 3 years. I check urinary Ntx at 6 month intervals.
