we found this problem much times than we want it. Normally you conviced the patient considering the risk of the surgery, other times I must recognize that we made some C/S with only a slow delivery and obstetrician suffer as indication. Many patients considered that forceps or even vacuum is tha last chance because the OB did not made a C/S at the correct moment.
