Well, my patients usually lift up their skirt when I do the PV and pull it back down as soon as I am finished. The breast exam seems to be much easier in a culture where the traditional dress means bare breasts. But in any case, they pull up or open their shirt, open the bra or move it up and cover as soon as I am finished. Having a chaperone fluent in the vernacular also helps. el

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
