Re: Gyn - 2 new clinical casesFrom: Bernard Cristalli (bcrist@club-internet.fr)Thu May 20 00:16:07 1999
1) In those big dermoids I do Trans Parietal Cystectomies rather than Intra Peritoneal. Once the cyst is seen and grasped I take it to the anterior wall and I do a 4 cms incision right there. The cyst is then opened "in the free air", emptied and removed with a minimum of spillage. 2) submucosal fibroid for me too.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
