1) In those big dermoids I do Trans Parietal Cystectomies rather than Intra Peritoneal. Once the cyst is seen and grasped I take it to the anterior wall and I do a 4 cms incision right there. The cyst is then opened "in the free air", emptied and removed with a minimum of spillage.

2) submucosal fibroid for me too.
