If anybody here has access to the full-text gray journal articles on the web, and is willing to violate every US copyright law, I'd appreciate having one of the current articles retrieved and e-mailed to me. The issue typically doesn't hit our library until a couple of weeks after the contents are posted on the web site.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
