Aphthous stomatitis on HRTFrom: Dan Logen (pdl@whidbey.net)Sun May 16 13:40:41 1999
I have a 54 year old patient who would like to take estrogen, but gets bothersome aphthous stomatitis whenever she tries. She has used various oral preparations, and I recently tried her on an estrogen patch, and within a few days she got the sores in her mouth again. Any suggestions?
