No, because: .. we do our hysteroscopies BEFORE any induction is initiated .. otherwise, we would have waited for resolution of the stimulated endometrium (best time for hysteroscopy is EARLY follicular phase)

Your speculation is most likely correct - the endometrium and the endocervical tissues have been stimulated extensively by the presumably higher than normal estrogen levels, with concomittant increase in the blood supply.
