Calling Bernard and other francophones: I'm reading a journal article with my meager high-school French. I cannot understand one critical phrase. Please help translate: (Forgive the omission of accent marks.) La mere a presente quelques jours apres la cesarienne une gastro-enterite febrile et un suppuration parietale pour laquelle elle a ete mise a l'ampicilline sans prelevement bacteriologique. The mother presented several days after cesarean with gastroenteritis, fever, and a ____________________, for which she was placed on ampicillin without bacteral cultures performed. fever, and a ____________________, for which she was placed on ampicillin Is that right? And what is the key phrase I'm missing: suppuration parietale?

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
