EL...a ruptured uterus is a ruptured uterus…..baby dying...a lot of blood loss...a real mess....got the picture? I know you do. Now...do YOU have data to support YOUR view that spinal anesthesia is the best anesthesia for that type of situation? Naahh ..I don't think you have it.
