what's more intriguing is that this + hair finding may also reveal folks with BRCA1 mutation. unfortunately, a synchrotron is not a common piece of equipment in most labs. more to follow, i'm sure. addtionally, since hair products, notoriously perms, confound the results, the researchers concentrated on pubic hair. can you say ken starr?
