I can't help you with the first one, although we use optical disk storage in addition to thermal paper.

What specific abnormality are you referring to in the triple screen. We're following any hCG >2.0 MOM, and begining to be concerned about UE3 < 0.5-0.7 MOM. Our MFM people have some data on both of these that I don't have at my fingertips, but could probably get my hands on.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
