Any interventional radiologist can perform this very simple procedure. I have 2 patients who have undergone the procedure both of whom did not achieve the reported expected results..1) a 40-80% reduction in size of the fibroids, and 2) a 90% reduction in heavy menstrual flow. Not very impressive so far!!
