Kathi== Thanks for the link.What a "wonderful"way to end the new year discussing litigation;of course it's a concern---but taking care of patients in the best way comes first---Ist do no harm;I guess if I was that concerned ,I'd have to do something else.;unfortunately some of us are doing just that.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
