I was trying to respond to this post, to say 1) that I think the case was properly and prudently managed and 2) that I presume that the young couple adapted to the intrusive mass, once they were reassured.

But, one of our sons, who tends to be a little overzealous at times, put Net Nanny on our cable modem service over the weekend, and I find that I have trouble responding to or quoting the message. It ex'd out a LOT of words. It wouldn't even let me put in three of that letter between w and y! He's still asleep, and he's got the password.

We are alarmed, with three of kids still at home, with total electronic access, at the avalanche of filth that intrudes on our use of a legitimate medium every day, but filtering doesn't seem to be an option if you're a gynecologist acutely interested in what your colleagues have to say.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
