Gary Kleinman has sent you an Apple e-card.

You can view your e-card -- and send your own e-cards, if you choose -- at this private web address anytime during the next three weeks:

http://cards.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/gc.woa/wa/c?i=31869511

To get to this web address, copy it and paste it into your favorite web browser (depending on the browser setup, you can paste it into the address field at the top of the browser window, or go to the browser File menu, select the Open Location command and paste it there).

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
