I wonder if anyone has had experience or could point me to >studies that link cal/mag vitamin supplementation and polyhydramnios.

I'm sure that the cal/mag vitamin was indicated for the leg cramps; not for the polihydramnios... BTW; why to wait until 43 weeks if you have an obstetrical complication like polyhydramnios??? The way I use to manage this cases is: - Amniocentesis to decompress acording to maternal symptoms (dispnea) or previus to induce her at term - Indomethacine with carefully survillence of the fetal status - And NOT only 50g-glucosa test; 3 hours glucosa tolerance test
