Question for anyone interested in the medical treatment of ectopic pregnancies. Is anyone aware of a signficant series where medical treatment has solely been employed to treat an EP http://wwwhere both a yolk sac and a FH have been seen with U/S i.e.corresponding to 6weeks ? I believe this is more likely to result in a failed treatment and may more likely to lead to an eventual salpingectomy, as oppose to primary laparoscopic surgery. I would happy to debate.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
