So Ms. Elaine Weller is not only so stupid as to have lost the unsub info she once received, but even when she received an explicit message telling her how to respond if she wanted to unsubscribe she couldn't read it and follow the directions. Please, everybody, check to see if this woman is licensed to practice medicine in your state: she's too stupid to be allowed to work on patients.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
