It is called the Webster technique, after the chiropractor who described it, and I do have a video which shows the technique being done. I have no idea whether it works or not. I agree that since it is started at early gestational ages, it may just take advantage of the inclination of fetuses to spontaneously vert as pregnancy progresses.
