Vaginal aplasiaFrom: Marek Sipowicz (mareksip@cksr.ac.bialystok.pl)Tue Jun 30 05:56:17 1998
Dear Colleagues, We have a patient (16 year old) with vaginal aplasia and functional uterus and ovaries. For now, we did partial reconstruction of the vagina, making a utero-vaginal fistula. What is a recommended further treatment for the reconstruction of the vagina? Any references? Not much have been found in Medline. Thanx,
-- Marek Sipowicz, MD, PhD
