Vaginal aplasia

Dear Colleagues,

We have a patient (16 year old) with vaginal aplasia and functional uterus and ovaries. For now, we did partial reconstruction of the vagina, making a utero-vaginal fistula. What is a recommended further treatment for the reconstruction of the vagina? Any references? Not much have been found in Medline.

Thanx,
