I believe the Lancet had an article that clearly showed that the use of MgSO4 was superior to the use od dilantin in pts with preeclampsia. I though that article finally put to rest the disparate practices between the UK and the USA. Apparently my assumption was wrong.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
