I was referring to what I call the Parkland protocol of giving PCN to the newborn for eye prophylaxis that also seem to cover BStep.

Why? Why should the newborn have an infecious work-up and IV antibiotics
while awaiting the results of the work-up when the Mom can have a dose
or two of PCN.
