12 lbs, 4 oz 2 1/2 hour labor, start to finish (Vaginal), intact perineum. (This is the birth I have written about previously where an external cephalic version was performed by my OB consultant about 12 hours before the birth).

Same mom, 12 lbs 0 ounces, delivered persistent occiput posterior, 4 1/2 hour labor. Intact perineum. She said it was her hardest birth.

No shoulder dystocia with either one.

My worst dystocia ever was in a 6 lb 13 oz baby, to primigravida.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
