hard to quibble with success. was there any thought to using general anesthesia. halothane, specifically has uterine relaxant properties which might have been useful here. also, using ultrasound in the delivery room can aid in locating the foot so the delivery becomes less of a blind procedure. again, hard to quibble with a well-managed case. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
