Agreed--I recently had parents who requested a photograph taken "while the baby is still alive" with the delivery of a 21-week twin who still had some muscle movement. That was very important to them, and when the second twin delivered and was already clearly deceased, they said it was much harder on them.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
