Hi, I don't clearly see where the problem is. Apparently everything seems to be back in order. If the problem is the bleeding you'll need to have an active attitude: arterial embolization, arterial ligation or hysterectomy. If the problem is liver function (what is her liver function), a graft may be useful. BTW what do you use aminocaproic acid for?
